Christopher Cesena's room

This is for 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms total and an an office. The main house has 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room. Washer and dryer in garage. Pool table in garage. Nice patio in backyard. Kitchen and living room to share. I’ll set up some storage space in garage for you as well. Water, garbage, electricity, and internet included. Parking spot in driveway. I have an office in the garage that I can share. I use it from 5am to 2pm for work. There is a spare desk in there as well.
Smoking is fine on the backyard patio.

Roomie #1 (23/m) goes to CSUF full time and works. He spends most of his time studying. Behind the garage are two additional rooms. One is my office and the other is a tv room. I (42/m) work from home east coast time. There is 1 cat living here and 1 Yorkie that visits often so any animals would have to be friendly.
