Subleasing throughout the apartment and it will be available on May 18th. Rent is $660 including utilities, wifi, and parking garage. This lease will end on July 31st but I renewed the lease till the next year which is going to be $783 instead, including again everything. The current rent is $190 higher because I subleased this place as well from someone else. And the next year is rent is $100 cheaper. Room comes with bed, mattress, desk, and chair. The building located in front of the rail. The apartment provides place for students to study including printers and PC. There will be no security deposit, only application fees which is $203 after tax **Females only, no couples nor pet since my roommate is allergic.
