Jennifer's room

Renting out the master bedroom on the main level. $800 +$100 for utilities. The room is 10’4“x12’4“, with a 3’x6’6“ closet space. Private bathroom and balcony attached to bedroom. There is a big backyard with 3 or 4 raised garden beds and an apple tree. We are getting a washer and dryer for the garage, and we can also offer some storage space if needed.

My wife Erin and I have a super kind and respectful 14 y/o son. He is super chill and usually just does homework and then plays games online with his friends. We are a pretty laid back family that enjoys going on walks and playing Minecraft or VR. We keep things pretty clean, and would prefer someone who does the same. We tend to stay up late on the weekends and work 8-4 during the weekdays. We don’t have company often, but do on occasion. We would like someone who is similar. We are COVID conscious, and would like someone who shares the same caution, as I work with kids who are at a higher risk.
