Kayla's room

Rental cost includes a large bedroom with hardwood floors and two walk in closets on the second floor as well as a private office space with French doors on ground level. The home features a brand new washer and dryer as well as two fridges and a large freezer in the basement. Although the house is currently fully furnished, there is space in the basement for a second living space.

There are two other roommates (1M 35 + 1F 30) in the home as well as a cat. We both work from home and so would appreciate someone who is courteous about noise and mess.
