Room for rent in shared 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Room is the smaller of the two and fits a full/queen bed comfortably. Bathroom is fairly small but is private. Complex has laundry onsite, pool, and gym. Suitable for single person and female only please. Rent is $1000/month, plus utilities split between both roommates. $600 deposit is required. Apartment complex requires good credit, reliable income, and will perform a background check.

My name is Trinity, I am a 20 year old female and I work as a vet tech at an emergency pet hospital. I love animals and will most likely be fostering multiple litters of kittens throughout kitten season this year so having a roommate who is happy to be around animals is a must. I am currently considering transitioning to a work from home job but that is still up in the air. I like to keep my common areas clean, and I am the kind of person who enjoys organizing a little too much.
