My boyfriend lives with me and we’re looking for someone to rent the room next to ours since the last person moved out, it’s a single person small bedroom with a shared bathroom. Must be okay with a big dog in the house. The house is 4/20 friendly. Pictures of outside the house can be sent. We are in the process of buying new furniture for the house to spice it up because it looks bland at the moment… but that will change throughout time. Utilities are split and come out to about 150-180 a month. $550 deposit required. The area is First and Belmont in Fresno
