House is a 5 minute drive from grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies. It is part of a duplex with a full kitchen (including dishwasher), study room, and living room. Washer and dryer in basement and storage space in attic. Full backyard, back porch, and front porch. One bathroom on the second floor near the bedrooms.
