Shared space: Living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The unfurnished room is approximately 11x10 feet including a closet.

Amenities include: -Utilities (internet as well) -Parking space in driveway -Washer/dryer in garage -Ring Security System -Keyless Entry (keypad code)

*Must be able to live with a small dog. No pets allowed, sorry!

First and last month’s rent including deposit due in the first month.
