My roommate and I are looking for a third person to move into our 3-bedroom apartment when we renew our lease starting in September. Our apartment is right between Porter Square and Davis Square in Somerville, and it is about an 8 minute walk to both the Porter and Davis T-stops.

We are looking for a responsible roommate who can commit to a 12-month lease starting on September 1st. Our rent is $1,133/month each; gas, electric, and internet are not included. The apartment was recently fully renovated, including all new appliances and in-unit laundry. Please message me if you are interested.

Both my roommate Clay and I are 25 years old. I am starting my second year as a middle school science teacher in Lawrence, and Clay works for a renewable energy organization in Boston. We enjoy cooking together, spending time with friends, and walking to all of the amazing restaurants, shops, bars, and other destinations in the area! We are both organized and keep the apartment very tidy. We are looking for a roommate to spend time with and who will contribute to keeping up the house!
