It’s a two bedroom two bath and the master with an attached bathroom is available. We have in-unit laundry and a balcony (it’s a 2nd floor apartment). There is a nice gym, pool, hot tub, outdoor space, and an underground parking garage. It’s also a block from a Bound bus stop and a Hop bus stop and two blocks from the Target and Whole Foods. Pet-friendly!

I live in the non-master bedroom with a detached bathroom. I’m a grad student at CU in my last year and am a quiet homebody. I still like to have friends over sometimes but I am usually a bit reserved at home. I keep a clean kitchen!
