Furnished room available ASAP in a third floor condo in Virginia Beach, VA. The room is furnished with a queen bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a mirror and ample closet space. Large shared kitchen and living area. Shared laundry room with washer and front loading dryer. Must keep shared spaces clean. There is more than enough available guest parking spots in the complex . Large bathroom shared with one female. There is a pool here if you like to swim in the summer time. All bills included except electricity. Central air. No pets allowed. Within 10 minutes of Oceana Naval Base, 20 minutes to Fort Story, close to Army National Guard and about a 30 minute ride to the airport

I’m active duty military and I spend a lot of time indoors when I’m not working. I have no kids and no pets. I travel out of town a lot and I’ve had roommates before and we all got along great with no issues. I do cook a few times a week and I tend to keep to myself but I’m polite and easy going as well as easy to talk to but I do suck at texting (sorry!).
