A bedroom with a private bathroom is available for rent in our townhouse near Randolph, NJ. We are 2 professionals in our early 30s looking to fill a vacancy that has opened in our home.

We are looking for a responsible single women with NO pets. Non-smokers only please.

We have high-speed internet/Wi-fi. Rent is $1,000/month, plus utilities. Utilities are about $75/mo. during the spring/summer/fall, closer to $175 during Nov-Mar. as the house is electric heated.

The room is currently furnished but can be removed if preferred.

The common areas (large kitchen, living room, dining room, small screened-in back porch, and back yard) are all shared with the other roommates. We have a basement which contains our washing machine and dryer.

We are all professionals who work in the area and are pretty easy-going, respectful and clean. We clean up after ourselves in the common areas and would expect you to do the same.

The townhouse offers driveway parking. The Dover train station is within 3 miles driving distance for access to NYC. County College of Morris (CCM) is 1.5 mile drive. Picatinny Arsenal is about 8 mile drive and only a few miles from numerous restaurants. It is within a ~20 minute drive to downtown Morristown. Routes 10, 46, 80, and 287 are all very close for driving.

Room is available in late June for $1,000/month. Security deposit of a month and a half rent is required up front.
