Katie's room

We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The room for rent is the master bedroom, which has a private bathroom, and walk in closet! The apartment is on the ground floor and has a patio. We have also have a washer and dryer! The apartment complex is quiet, and is located only 10 minutes from the city center.

There are currently 2 girls living here (25 and 22). We are both clean, fairly quiet, and have full time jobs. We both love watching movies, and cooking! We are looking for another girl to share the apartment with!
