Morgen's room

The house is in a rural area. Share bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with a private backyard. Garage attached with a washer and dryer. Newly remodeled. Smoking allowed outside or in the garage. Each bedroom has a closet and window facing the front yard. Curtains included. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Each room is $850. If furnished extra $100 security deposit. No extra for rent. Cats allowed extra $100 security deposit as well as $25 added to rent each month. Rent is due on the first of each month. The room that are available are about 9’ by 9’ and 9’ by 10’.

I’m a childcare worker looking to fill two extra rooms in my house. I’m 20 and own a cat. Mostly stay in my room and occasionally have friends over.
