Hi all, I’m still looking for one or two people to join my lease. It’s a full year for this 3br, 1.5ba split-level. Rent split between me and one other is $687. Pictured are the single bedrooms available, both with walk-in closets. They are pictured with furniture for scale, but would be emptied before being occupied. I will have a full bed with frame also available that can fit in either room pictured. In addition to double living rooms, the house includes a downstairs bar and lounge area. Washer and dryer included. Barn for storage. 1 acre lot. Move-in date is in June, but may have some wiggle room. Located just a 7 minute drive/ 15 minute bike ride from William & Mary! I’m a PHD student at William & Mary. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy hanging out, but also tend to spend a lot of time in my room. I stay busy with schoolwork , so I’m on campus a lot too. I love listening to music, watching hilariously bad movies, and drinking wine with friends.
