Available immediately. Private room in a 2b+1ba. Spacey walk-in closet. 890$ covers base rent, and roughly an extra 150$ or so a month for splitting bills in half (utilities+internet+electric usually equal 300$ or less all together). Shared grocery/cleaning material costs can be discussed.

The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is. A nice, spacey unit with lots of storage available and a big, double-sink bathroom that makes sharing easy. Lots of cupboards and your own bathroom cabinet. The unit is kept clean, quiet, and organized. The current lease is up at the end of November.

Washer/Dryer on site. Dishwasher and Fridge in unit. Electric stove. 1 assigned parking spot that I typically use; lots of street parking also available right out front.

Right across from the mall and is in a really convenient spot in town, with easy and quick access to lots of local shops/grocers. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and relaxing. 5 minute drive from the beach. A very artsy and forward-thinking area. NONSMOKING COMMUNITY. If you vape or use marijuana, please keep it in your room and out of the common areas. I’d prefer to avoid it entirely, as I’m a nonsmoker, but… I also understand it’s California lol.

I’m a friendly individual who enjoys quiet, relaxed socialization while also valuing my alone time. I’m very respectful, and listen great to people’s boundaries. Communication is super important to me and I’m a very open person. I care a lot about keeping safe, and I take great care in my living environment. So someone who helps keep things clean is a must, for me.

While I do work (I’m a server, currently, so my hours fluctuate quite a bit) I tend to be a bit of a homebody and typically my hobbies are more in the realm of books, video games, and nerd stuff. I’m often in the common areas and am open to conversation and hanging out, but also will want to do my own thing a lot of the time. If you want a roommate who’s also a potential new friend, I love meeting new people and finding things in common with them. If you’d rather we just do our own things, while being respectful of each other and our shared spaces, I’m fine with that as well. I can be a bit of a night owl, but try to be quiet around the place and not cause too much noise. I have noise sensitivity issues, so the same courtesy from my roommate would definitely be appreciated.
