The apartment is a sizeable 2 bedroom apt with a large kitchen and living area. The apartment is very well insulated with climate control, and all appliances/plumbing works great. Located in a quiet corner on the second floor, about halfway into the complex.

INCLUDED with this lease transfer is a Queen-sized bed frame, a 3 seat black sofa, and a tempered glass coffee and side table. (See photos). Willing to dispose of bed frame if not needed.

I am looking to transfer my part of the lease to a new leasee, as I am looking to move in with my partner at a different complex. The lease is for a total of $1530 with utilities included, save for electricity and internet which are separate. I only ever expected to pay $840 or so a month for all of that in my split, which is pretty remarkable nowadays for it’s location.

The lease itself was a 9 month lease that started in January, and it ends in September. I will be moving out end of May ideally, so the new leasee will be on for the summer only, with of course the chance to renew with that amazing price in mind.

My roommate is a chill work-from-home guy, never a disturbance, never had problems with him at any point. The complex does accept small animals with an extra charge, though I would speak with my roommate about that specifically.
