Washington Avenue

The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the Morristown Green and 10 minutes to the train station. Surrounding area is extremely friendly and safe. Inside the apartment is very nice. It is a 2 bedroom with a shared bathroom. There is a sizable kitchen and living area with an in unit washer/dryer plus dish washer. The apartment is quite large and space is never an issue. Also, the apartment is completely furnished besides the one room available. There is a large couch, multiple TV’s, Kitchen table, etc. already in the apartment.

Currently there are two people living in the apartment and one person will be moving out to go into the city. My name is Quintin and I work for a finance company near the New York City area. Monday-Friday I pretty much work at all times but the weekends usually consist of friends, family, or going out. The apartment is always kept very clean. Also, I have a golden retriever that lives in the apartment. Her name is Summer and she is a huge sweetheart that loves everybody and every animal.
