About the room
Hi! I have a fully furnished private room with a private attached bath with a window in a four bedroom apartment in moon tower apartments. I want to sublet my room from May 17 through July 31, 2022. There are two girls in the unit who will be leaving for summer. You will have the living space with TV and kitchen and private room /bathroom.. Laundry is in the unit.
You just pay 799$ / month plus the green fee 25$ to the leasing office. I will pay the difference between 799$ and 999$ which is the actual lease price for me. The utilities are 25$-30$. Parking is on the street with payment and time limitations . On Sunday the parking is free all day otherwise the parking is free after 6pm on the streets. You have to pay for the month of may 450$.
