Great location for O&G workers in Pasadena and Deer Park. New construction that will be completed by the end of May. Nearby commercial development with easy access to area freeways. Will have a hot tub out back when patio cover is complete.

I am a shift worker, so you’ll have more private time than in most roommate situations. But I’ll also have sleep needs that must be respected. Intended to live alone but have decided to sacrifice that to rebuild my savings faster after closing.
