Hi everyone! I am looking for a roommate to rent a private upstairs master bedroom in a 2bd/2ba Noma apartment. My current lease ends in July and this space is so great, that I don’t want to give it up. I am looking for someone to sign a new lease with.
The space is incredible, with views of the Washington monument, huge walk-in closets, and an attached loft space. I love this unit for the natural light and abundance of space.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the National Mall, just a couple blocks from the Judiciary and Gallery metro stops, and steps away from a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The building has a pool, hot tub, gym, and two rooftop areas. Parking is available.
$1700/mo + utilities.
About the roomies
I am a mid-twenties young professional who works in-office most days. I don’t smoke, don’t often host, and don’t have any pets. Ideally looking for a roommate with similar qualities.
