Males aren’t allowed to spend the night,there’s no smoking outside of your room, and you’d need to clean up after yourself at least once a week. I don’t mind you have a pet if it never leaves your room. I have 2 dogs,a cat, and fish.

I’m 35 and I live with my 10 year old son. I’m primarily out during the day, and like it quiet at night because I have small children. Occasionally I have friends over, and they are respectful. I won’t abide disrespect, poor hygiene, or too much noise.
