Single room in a 3/2 house, shared bathroom, full access to kitchen, laundry and backyard. Owner prefers a non-smoking/drug free occupant. Must have proof of Income, clean background, and ID. Owner is asking for first, last and security for move in and 30 day notice upon departure. Shared common areas including a relaxing private outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood with close access to highways, transportation and park.

Full time working and responsible adult. The child is a full time student/athlete. Master bedroom is occupied by the owner. A second bedroom is occupied by a child. We have a very welcoming environment, kid friendly, no pets allowed & no criminal activity is permitted on the grounds.
