Flat rate for utilities other than electricity: 35.50 each, internet about 30 each, renter’s insurance about 10 a each a month

Washer and dryer in unit, shared full bathroom upstairs but there is an ensuite downstairs if you would like some separation. Rooms about 12x14

I do currently have a dog and a cat that are okay with other pets and super friendly. The lease has a 3 pet limit but if we end up with more I won’t tell if you don’t 🤷‍♀️

I don’t leave messes in the common area but I don’t mind if you do. I just ask that any mess isn’t food related as my pets love to get into things they shouldn’t.

I ike to go hiking and enjoy an occassional bar night on my days off
