I’m looking for a roomie to rent the other bedroom in my lovely 2 bedroom condo in Cudahy. Rent is $625 plus half the utilities (electric & wifi). Available July 1st. Lease is 1 year with the option to go month to month after. I do not have cable but I have Netflix, hulu and a few other streaming channels.

I’m pretty laid back and easy-going so I’d like to find someone similar. I’m kind of a homebody and am not currently working, so I’m home a lot. I enjoy running or practicing photography, but I’m usually curled up on the couch with the cat and watching Netflix. I am a night owl and definitely not a morning person. If you are, that’s cool. I would just ask that we be respectful of eachothers schedules. I don’t have a lot of company over. A friend once or twice a week to chill and watch TV. If you have a significant other, let me know how often they might be over. My cat, Mckinley, is very sweet.
