Ivan's room

We live in a townhouse in “scenic” Churchill Downs, and are offering a room on the second floor with lots of light. We’re located a twenty minute walk from campus, and about 15 from a grocery store. Management is pretty chill, the apartment has a lot of space and is kept pretty tidy, and it’s no problem to us to make accomodations for storage etc for a potential roommate!

Me and my other roommate are chill and tidy, mostly keeping to ourselves. We moved in together from Seattle with our third friend who’s regrettably leaving. We don’t smoke in the house or scream or even really party. There’s a full retro and PC gaming setup in our living room that we share, and we like eating dinner together and that’s kind of it. We keep our space clean and don’t hassle anyone!
