Hello. I am renting a large upstairs room in my single family home in the Towson/Baltimore area. The room is not furnished however has been freshly painted and polished hard wood floor. The pictures are just to give an idea of space. Shared full bath between you and one other. Common areas shared if desired. Big back yard with fire pit and grill for the summer. Utilities are included as well with internet.

Ideal renter must have a job and/or in college preferably in the age range 21-45. Someone that is laid back and drama free, Clean, and respectful of others.

My name is Trae I currently have one other living with me. Both of us are pretty laid back professional workers. I usually work Mon-Fri. and home relaxing usually after. During the weekends I’m mostly out and about. My roomie works all different times and usually is in his room if he is not cooking or working. I love to go out try new things with friends and hang with the family. I have friends over to hang around the fire pit or chill for a bit on the weekends only. Current roomie and I keep the house clean and respect each other. Never had any issues. Last roomie left due to him and his significant other are to get married.
