About the room
I am moving out to another city and subleasing my private bedroom with a shared bathroom. A flight attendant is currently renting the living room. He is super friendly, responsible and mostly to himself.
The apartment is in the center of Miami, in a highly desirable area. It is only 10 minutes from MIA Airport, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and Coral Gables. Near Miami Dade College and University of Miami Coral Gables Campus. The SW 27th bus stop is in front of the complex. Walking distance from the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and a Publix and Starbucks walking distance.
Just first month move in. The only utility is FPL electricity which averages to $60-$80 a month. One parking space is included. Possibility of leaving the room furnished if requested. Move in date is negotiable.
About the roomies
The current roomie is a Flight Attendant who stays in the living room a few days a week (Mostly out traveling). He is very respectful and keeps common areas neat. I’ve lived with him over 6 months already and it has been a pleasure co-living with him! You must be willing to co-live and pick up after yourself.
