Annalise's room

Roommate needed for a 2-bedroom furnished condo in the Green Valley area near Horizon Ridge and Carnegie. Condo complex is gated and in a great location. Available June 1st(possibly sooner). Rent is $750 for the guest bedroom and guest bathroom (I would prefer this room, but am flexible) or $850 for the ensuite master bedroom. Utilities split 50%. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Non- smoker, no drug use. I bought all of the furniture from the sellers of this condo to help them, but I am not attached to anything and am excited to decorate the place.

I am a recent college graduate who relocated to Nevada. I work full-time M-F. I have a small dog, Stella, who is sweet and shy. I am laidback, clean and friendly and looking for the same in a roommate.
