Hi! I’m looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, non-smoking, young professional female or male housemate. I have a 3 bed/1bath house in Vallejo ( near Curtola Parkway). Nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to public transportation and 2 min drive to freeway. Plenty of off-street parking. Utilities are not included (all utilities will be split with me). No sleepovers. First month’s rent ($1,000) plus $1,000 security deposit required to move in. Available to move in June 1, 2022. Contract will be month to month and 30-day move out notices are required.
