Two story home, the bedroom is on the second floor with a private bathroom next to it.
4000 sq foot house with nice back patio area. Common areas include a living room that has an 85“ TV. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. All of the lights are voice activated, so no more touching dirty COVID light switches! lol
About the roomies
Just one person living there full time. I am going through a separation and will have 2 kids on some weekends. I work in Process Controls and travel about 10% of the time, work from home the rest in the upstairs office.
