Hi. I have a very nice room coming available now in Ahwatukee. It’s a spacious (over 350 ft), mostly furnished Master Suite w/private entrance, large bathroom, king bed, bed linens, marble night tables, wood blinds, garden tub, separate shower, large walk in closet. Quality area with great freeway access and lots of stores, medical, parks etc nearby. Right off the new 202, a mile from I-10. Close to Wild Horse Casino. There is also a lot of hiking and golf nearby.

There will be only two people total living here, not 3 or 4 like most places. I like things low key and drama free. It is single level. There’s a little storage in the garage as well for some boxes, although the walk in closet in the room is quite large with shelving.

I’m renting just the Master, not sharing the house, but you will have full use of laundry. If you like to cook a lot, this is not for you. This is for someone who likes privacy and quiet. The room is very private. It has a large convection/toaster oven, large (4.5 cf) mini-fridge and a microwave. Not looking for someone working remotely. No day sleepers. No couples. No heavy scents (ie. incense, strong perfume). There is a $1000 refundable cleaning and security deposit.

Nice, , peaceful atmosphere, quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood. It’s a split plan, so our rooms are on separate sides of the house. Laundry room, large walled in backyard. There is a whole house water softener. No cigarettes, not even outside. Prefer long term but possibly open to shorter term. I will consider a small/medium, quiet dog or non-destructive indoor only cat.

Looking for a quiet, clean, low key considerate person.

Just me. Older, single straight male, educated, quiet, clean and considerate. Non-smoker. (although 420 friendly). I rarely have anyone over. I have a well behaved medium sized dog that almost never barks.
