Looking for a subleaser! I have a room available in a 4 bed 4 bath at Village at Bluegrass complete with your own private bathroom, good size room, and big closet. I am moving out in July and the lease goes through July 24th of 2023. I do have two roommates they’re sisters and super cool! It’s furnished with living room furniture and the kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and good counter space with washer and dryer. The room has a full bed, desk, dresser that comes apart, and a night stand! Only $375 a month and including utilities would be about 400. Let me know if you have any questions! There is also an extra bedroom available in the unit so you and a roommate could live there!

I have two roomies 26 and 28 they have two cats and are super chill and stay to themselves. They do like going out sometimes! They both went to CMU and are currently working!
