The other occupant is a 62 year old woman who is very sweet she is occasional smoker very kind-hearted my only request would be that whoever applies be willing to help out with household chores the other occupant is in need of a caregiver as well if you are a certified caregiver you can be paid as much as $300 a month to help I am not interested in any short-term stays
