The apartment is located in Biltmore Village at the River Mill Apartment complex. Top floor unit so very quiet and easy to come and go. Does have an elevator for east move in and out. Private room with your own bathroom so no sharing ☺️. Beautiful dog park that runs along the river. Salt water pool, clubhouse, gym, and private riverside fire pit.

Very clean and tidy. Have an Aussie that is very well behaved and social with cats and dogs never had aggression issues. Laid back and easy going love to be outside and travel. Looking for someone who pays on time and wants to enjoy the perks of having a roommate who can get you involved with all Asheville has to offer!
