We take pride in our home and would love to share it with the right person. In our home finding a quiet space to read or meditate comes with ease, and easily transforms into a live round table discussing topics of our minds. We would bet our last dollar that this area is the BEST area in Weston Ranch, 6 pm on a Saturday night is the same as a X-mas morning. It’s safe and maintained. Your room in a medium furnished bedroom with a walk-in closet and has a shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom attached. What’s asked is that you

• maintain your area and the shared area during the honeymoon phase when you 1st arrive through the entire time. -have great communication skills -maintain a high level of respect for the people here, the home and outside of the house

We are easy group of 4 that would love to welcome a roomie into our home. Currently there is my daughter and I, with 2 longtime friends. I own the home. I have 2 rooms available; this posting is for a furnished room and the other room is a junior suite. Our home has a low visitor flow that will be asked to maintain for the security of my home.
