Loyola Avenue

I am looking for a third roommate for a large, spacious house, just four blocks off Saint Charles Avenue and the streetcar lines. There is also a big fenced-in backyard that goes with the property. There is on street parking, dishwasher, & washer and dryer. Utilities not included, but will be split equally amongst the roommates.

I am a nurse, and the other roommate is about to graduate from nursing school. We both work a lot, and we are very clean people. We would prefer to live with someone who is a working professional or a student, but are open to people from all walks of life!
