Will be renting out a room in this new townhome. Should be available mid Feb. Looking for a roommate to share the entire house. Access to the entire house (kitchen, living room, patio, garage, private bath) and all the amenities that the community has to offer (pool/spa, grills, walkable paths, etc).

Looking for a roommate that is clean, tidy and respectful. Working professional preferred, especially educators (I am a teacher).
