Colorado Boulevard

Looking for a roommate for a 2bed/2bath large apartment. It is a first floor apartment with a small yard with grass, in unit laundry and dish washer. The apartment has a pool, dog park, grill, and club house. Rent is $720 per person, plus utilities. Common area is furnished, but I can rearrange furniture to fit more if needed. Lease start in July but my current roommate can move out in June, it’s a one year lease.

I am a graduate student at UNT. I have two friendly small dogs that spent most of the time in my room and a sweet shy cat. I mostly keep to myself. During the week I am busy with school and work. I like to cook and love to share what I make.
