This lovely home is looking to fill its last room. The space is 10.5’ x 10.5’ and has a good size closet to fit all storage needs. The room does come furnished with a bed and small desk. If you prefer to move your own furniture in the room, that is fine.

There are currently 3 people living in this home. 1 male and 2 females. There is one dog in the home and is very friendly.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are open to all tenants. Appliances are shared by everyone. Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator. The renter will need to share a bathroom with 2 female tenant. There is Central AC and Heat for the entire house for any weather occasion.
