Isamar's room

I have one room for rent in my home in Moreno Valley. The room is $890 with utilities included and available Asap. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is large and very spacious. I’m looking for someone to stay long term, LOOKING FOR SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE, and not too noisy. Must be employed full-time and respectful of others. only one person per room.

The roommates are working full time and are very quiet and respectful. They typically don’t cook but when they do they are clean and pick up after themselves. Roommates are more than welcome to use the backyard and the patio.
