Private room for rent in a two bedroom, one bath apartment in quiet neighborhood close to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. All utilities included in rental price. Off-street parking. Room is unfurnished. Limited storage space. Room is 10.9’x9.3’. Apartment is older so lots of little quirks but the apartment complex property management team handles all service requests well. Lots of natural light, fresh air, and vaulted ceilings. No pets allowed per the apartment complex rules and no smoking inside. Pictures of room show office items but they will be moved prior to move in.

I’m a working professional employed by the state and currently working from home. I also serve in the reserves and am working on my masters degree part time so I’m looking for someone who is clean, relatively quiet, and respectful. I go to bed early and wake early so someone with a similar schedule would be preferable. My hobbies include hiking, SUP, and most things active. I try to be environmentally conscious so someone with similar values in that respect would also be appreciated. No specific preferences for roommates except clean and respectful. All life-styles welcome.
