Jez's room

Sister is renting out large master bedroom. Has it’s own restroom. Only kitchen will be shared. Large back yard. Small pets allowed. Females preferred. Has own entranced to room as well. No need to go through house to access room. Any other questions feel free to ask.

Head of household is a Care Taker and schedule is usually all over the place. Other room is her 20 year old daughter is mostly to herself playing video games or baking.
