Hello, the master bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Hawthorne Southside will be available around June 1st–may be a day or two later as my current roommates move out. The room has nice natural lighting (the best in the whole apartment) and is large with two large closets and a bathroom with dual sinks. I’m looking for ideally a couple to take over the room so we could split rent three ways, which would be about $550 each depending on how much water is used and other tiny bills attached to the rent. The only things not included in the rent is the electric and wifi. The wifi bill is always $55 and the electric usually ranges from $90-$120 in total. The complex has two pools, three dog parks, a grill area, playground, pool table, basketball court, etc. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit. The lease ends in September and is renewable.

I’m not too picky, just as long as you keep the common space reasonably clean and help take out the trash every now and again. I work Fridays-Mondays 9am-5:30ish. On my days off I’m usually out of town visiting my boyfriend who lives in Durham. I have a dog, cat, and snake that are all very sweet and polite. When I’m out of town, I bring my dog with me and leave out plenty of food and water for my cat (though she may require some pets and love if you’re willing). I’m quiet and clean and kind of like Bigfoot where I’m not spotted too often.
