I have a 2 bedroom located on the southeast side of Indianapolis. The room is furnished with a bed, small shelf, closet, and tv. I also provide a washer and dryer. Central air is provided. This is a small apt building with only 4 other neighbors who are middle aged and keep to themselves. We have off street parking and security cameras.

I am a 42 yr old single heterosexual black male that works mostly from home running my online business. I keep mostly to myself and do not party within the house. I do smoke but I’m willing to smoke only in my room if it bothers you.
