I am looking for a roommate to share my lease (your half would be the amount posted) in a quiet, two-bedroom apartment. You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub/shower. We will split utilities and internet. Unit includes washer and dryer and balcony. The unit is pet friendly. My current roommate has cats, but they will be leaving with him, and I have no pets. It is a non-smoking unit.

Apartment complex is beautiful, with a cozy, woodsy feel to it. It is situated in south-east Austin near a grocery store and a very short drive away from Town Lake. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and includes professionals and students alike. If we feel like we are a good match, you would need to apply to and be approved by the apartment complex to make it official.

The room and bathroom would be unfurnished by the time you move in.

Washer/dryer come with unit.

I work an 8-5 M-F job and have lived in this unit for nearly a year. I am a good communicator, respectful of people’s space and privacy, conscientious of volume from my phone or computer, and am comfortable with people different walks of life. I am well-traveled and am used to living with roommates. I love animals and welcome pets. When not working, I’m often reading, on my computer, out visiting friends, jogging and so forth. I like to keep the shared living spaces clean and orderly.
