We are looking to fill the third bedroom in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house. Rent is $790 per month. Utilities are split between roommates and usually come to $90 - $150 depending on the month. The house has a washer, dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, and a fenced in backyard. We don’t have much furniture in the house now since most of it belonged to the former roommate. Ample on-street parking with no permit required. We love our neighborhood, it’s walkable and quiet with easy access to downtown and I-26. No Pets Please

Current roommates are 1 male, 1 female, in their early 30s, respectful, friendly, helpful, and clean. We’re both working professionals and like relaxing at home. No crazy partying or drugs. We are looking for someone to be added to the lease starting May 1 2022 (flexible) ending May 31 2023. The Homeowner/Landlord will run a background/credit check and requires a one month deposit.
