11x12 Room My roommate is moving out at the end of this lease. Really can’t beat the place for the price, location, and amenities. So, I’m looking for a new roommate to renew the lease with. The new lease would start on June 1 and be for 1 year. Management has options for a shorter lease but the rent would be a bit higher. If you want to move in earlier, my roommate would be open to that as well as he’s already pretty much moved out.

Looking to sign with only 1 person (No couples/kids).

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by the management as well.

The apartment is pretty amazing. Both the bedrooms are HUGE(The one you’ll be in is shown in the pics and is about 11x12 plus it has a walk in closet). It’s located a few mins from Oakbrook Mall and Yorktown mall. Also, just 15 mins to downtown Elmhurst and 25-50 mins to Chicago based on traffic.

The management are also pretty nice and any maintenance request I put in was done within a day. There is also a basketball court, a gym/fitness center (just a few cardio machines), and a park. Laundry room in the building. Free Assigned parking.

The room is unfurnished and so is the living room. I have a table that can be used as a dining table by the kitchen but the couch and tv in the living room belonged to my roommate and he’ll be taking it with him.

Monthly rent - $635 Utils (internet and electric) comes to around $70 per person on an average

Security deposit- $300 There is also an application/credit/background check done by the management. Fairly easy to pass as long as you don’t have any derogatory remarks and have enough income.

I work as a programmer analyst at a software company. I’m pretty laid back and chill. M-F I’m usually working from home and on weekends, I’m usually out a lot.
