This is a newly renovated beautiful 2 story cottage style house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The house is in a natural setting and a shaded atmosphere. We are looking for 2 female roommates. There is 1 bedroom upstairs, and 1 bedroom downstairs partially furnished (Can negotiate) available. The whole house has been renovated through out with new floors, paint and updated bathrooms. We are looking for 2 students or working professional candidates. You will share the home with an existing 3rd roommate who is a college student. Includes utilities ($75 cap), CPI security, wifi, water and power, with a $300 deposit. No smoking, no pets. We are seeking mature, common sense professionals, that are looking for an enjoyable, fun but reliable roommates. References required and we may request a background check. Short term possible.

Current female college student living in home. Attends classes during the day and easy to get along with.
