We are currently in a 3 bed 3.5 bath townhome. Each room comes with its very own bathroom and large closet. The home is also fully furnished! This is perfect if you are looking to move alone or with a friend! Our rent is around $790 a month per person. All utilities are included except electricity! Pets are also welcome! Redpoint has awesome amenities such as the game room, 24-hour fitness center, pool, and hot tub. The shuttle to UNCW runs Monday-Friday during the semester and is located right outside Redpoint’s gate. in the application you must indicate you are a student looking to take over my lease!
